Tracking System using Android Phone, SMS and Cached (offline) Google Earth

1. User on Android Phone 1.1 An android app which captures Latitude and Longitude data from inbuilt GPS of an Android phone 1.2. Encrypt the Lat Long data. Encryption algorithm can be AES or customised with option to put a key. 1.3. Encrypted data be sent as SMS to different mobile numbers (1-4 optional) along with phone IMEI number 2. Base/Tracking Application on Windows 7 2.1 Should have a GSM Modem which receives encrypted SMS 2.2 GSM Modem attached to PC through USB port give indication of connection being successful 2.3 PC application on WIndows 7 which should receive SMS from GSM Modem 2.4 PC application should decrypt SMS 2.5 Plot the Lat and Long on Google Earth data which is cached on the PC and stored by this application for offline viewing and displayed by the application itself even when not connected on Internet 2.6 Application can store caches of areas visited on google earth 2.7 Application should recognise different incoming SMS based on IMEI number of mobile and give icons to upto 200 IMEI numbers and plot them on google earth data simultaneously 2.8 Store last 1000 locations of a user and replay its location on google earth data 2.9 IMEI number can be given a local Name on PC application so as to be user friendly in terms of identifying the user 2.10 Select IMEI numbers to be plotted and remove others, view all simultaneously and view users by time 2.11 Print a IMEI number route with timings
