Download [login to view URL] This program should generate beep sound if the screen doesn't change for 3 seconds until the screen starts to change again. It does well about detecting the screen is not changing for 3 seconds. But it can't detect well when the screen restarts to change again. Then it should stop the sound, but it doesn't stop. This program poorly detects it. If I move the whole screen then it detects it. But if I write something on the screen then it detect such changes very very poorly. Sometimes it detects the changes sometimes it can't detect for 20 seconds or forever!! Could anyone fix this?

I can fix this but it involves code changes. If you dont mind modifying your code contact me. Instead of comparing bitmaps literally using threshold percentages I'd rather use something else more efficient and exact. I will still need to take 2 bitmaps to compare but no % will be involved.
