We need to be able to compare a live webcam image or a jpg / bmp image to an image stored in a blob on the database using facial recognition software. all this must be done in a oracle apex application, but can use libraries like luxland java libraries to do the recognition. we would just like to get a simple application in apex where this can be done in realtime comparing images.
