develop simple affiliate program functionality for recently launched web application in php (yii framework)

Our website has been recently launched in beta. Is a place where Customers can post Questions to specialists. These questions will be answered trough chat. The chats can be free or in a “pay per minute” base. We want to create an affiliate program where affiliates can create questions from their own site and post these question to our site so they can earn a fee on top of the payments generated by users coming from their website (affiliate website). Technologies used in our website: php, mysql, jquery, ajax and the entire site is built using the Yii php framework, knowing this framework is 100% necessary to do this job. Feature Description: When an affiliate creates an account in our site, he is given a code snippet that he can paste in his own website. The snippet appears to the final visitor of the affiliate website as a simple form containing an input text tag and when the submit button is clicked the user of the affiliate site is redirected to our website (the Yii php method is QuestionController::actionWidget() ) and the normal question creation workflow takes place (this question creation flow is already coded and working in production mode). The affiliate earns a fee for each money added by one of the new customers that subscribed to our site after submitting a new question trough the widget. If the affiliate visitor who submitted a new question trough the widget located in the affiliate website already had an account in our web site (model User already existed) the affiliate will not earn money.
