Data collection script project

Dear Coders, I need a high level php-coder who will be able to create the following task: There is a government website that contains information about real-estate property. On this website you can find information about real-estate that will be for sale in special regions in the future. Additional there are sometimes pdf-files that belong to special objects. I want to give clients once a month a pdf-document that contains real-estate information on future sales in their region. The pdf-document should just look like a list of property-listings. If there is a pdf-file for a property that is saved on my server then the property-listings should also have some special number that the client can type into his client-area and download it. So here is the summary: -------------------------------------------------- 1. There is one website that I need you to collect information or content automatically and save it into my database. 2. A PDF-Document and an Excel-Document should be generated from the database and send by email. -------------------------------------------------- There should be added the following features to the main idea: - There should be 2 parts: Admin-area and Client-area. a) Client-Area - Client-Registration - Pick Needed "categories" of real-estate - Edit Client-Information - Search box to "Download" pdf-files b) Admin: - See and Edit Clients (change information, disable login) - Specify what information client will receive - Edit "categories" of real-estate I hope that the task is clear...
