Booking system for transfers (for taxi+minivan+ferry and boat)

I have to create an online transfers booking service from airport to an island. We will offer several modes of transport : taxi, minivan from airport to port, and after privateboat, ferry, speedboat from port to island.

I'm looking for a booking system for this kind of activity (transfer). We'll have around 500 reservations a day during 6 months.

I need : a software (a script php or a plugin wordpress) or an external service/software who can manage this business.

Description of the situation:

The customer chooses from which Start and end point

The customer chooses, whether it is just a one-way ride, or even requested for some time return fare.

The customer chooses what type of car ride (minivan, basic taxi, deluxe taxi).

The customer selects the number of people who wants to carry, choosing how many adults-children-baby, the option to specify the age of children.

The customer can choose whether child seat.

The customer can choose the date and time of the expected arrival of the aircraft.

(If selected will return transfer, the form and select the date and time of return journey using jquery).

The customer can choose the payment method, the choice of payment is Paypal, credit card (our bank is HSBC).

The customer fills your personal details, name and surname, the name on the tag, cell phone and email.

The customer submits the form (all on one page) and it comes to email information about the order, this mail will come to email the webmaster. The email will contain a summary of these services and the customer will be able to print is vouchers.

Last minute Booking : Bookings must be stopped 24 hours in advance. It’s the most important element. The customer can not book for the next day: only a request by email or chat. This requirement is the most important for our organisation on port and airport with taxis and speedboats companies.

10 taxis :

- 5 normal Taxis for 4 people maximum (price/taxi)

- 5 ‘’DeLuxe’’ Taxis for 4 people maximum (price/taxi)

- 30 minivans : 10 seats/minivans

Bookings/day :

~500 reservations (period of 6-7 month : october – april)

The administrator will be able to:

Save in the administration :

-The maximum number of passengers.

- Prices for transportation in several major currencies (GBP, EUR, USD, CZK).

- Dial the payment methods and options.

- The administrator can view and edit orders, sees confirmation of payment online, print a copy of vouchers.

Our main requirement are attached .

FYI, we want to launch our business in february 2015. So we need a fast solution..and we have a very low budget.
