Detailed Project Description:

I need a website directory built and installed with easy-to-use CMS that is PHP-based and has all features optimized for search.

Essentially, I need a PHP clone of [url removed, login to view] , that has a few additional bells and whistles and is SEO optimized.

CMS will permit admin to add, edit or delete categories, subcategories and entries.

SEO optimization is key priority: each entry should full SEO Title and Description from the entry (for example, a user who provides an entry should have that user's city and state in the title and description).

The tweaks to website mentioned will be:

1. ability to rotate or select the reciprocal link requested from user.

2. auto-responders

3. User registration and PayPal for payments - all automatic.

4. Automatic reciprocal link checking

5. Automatic billing for paying subscribers.

6. Separate WordPress news and article blogger incorporated into the site design, also SEO optimized.

7. User ability to search the site by keyword

8. User ability to bookmark and e-mail to friend

9. Breadcrumbs for reverse navigation.

For appearance, I want CSS so I can change all settings. This site will be hosted on ipowerweb -- see specs there. I will also want installation on my site.

Demo: Before I pay for the script, I need to see demo (your server or my site) to make sure it functions as requested.

Payment: Full amount escrowed in advance, release upon full delivery and satisfaction, or upon deliverables, as mutually agreed.

Lastly - Prefer US, Canadian or UK Provider. If sourced outside the US, ability to read, write and speak English clearly is CRITICAL.
