Changing permissions on my site ASAP

What i need done is very very simple but i dont get it but i know it can be fixed and done in 2mins. I got this script uploaded to my site and then it worked fine but now its giving me a message saying i need to define permissions please look Define permissions for a hosting service 1. Login into your control panel 2. Try to locate a link to manage file and folder permissions 3. Assign all permissions to comersus/database folder and [login to view URL] file Note: some hosting services provide a /db folder with permissions pre-assigned. In that case, copy [login to view URL] there, create a DSN connection named "comersus" (using Control Panel) and edit comersus/includes/[login to view URL] with a text editor to comment current database connection string and uncomment DSN connection string (pDatabaseConnectionString = "DSN=comersus") [login to view URL] so that needs to be changed. as i said i know its simple and i need someone who will do it very cheap. more business will come for my other sites if you help me out with this. i need it done pretty much right now, not 1 or 2 days from now. thanks
