Penny Auction Script PHP Problem

In the footer of my penny auction site ([login to view URL]), there are footer pages that are supposed to link to my admin controls. These pages are Contact Us, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, etc. The admin controls have all the forms and sections to edit these pages, but the problem is I don't know which PHP files associate with these sections. I was able to locate a few files that associate with the admin controls, like the [login to view URL] and the news.php. I linked them in the footer pages. But I can't seem to find any other files that connect to the admin controls. Therefore, you'll probably have to make these files. You can base them off the preexisting files that already work, so you shouldn't have to actually create anything from scratch. For an experienced PHP Programmer this should be a simple job.
