Classic ASP and/or PHP very proficient coder is needed. .(repost)

I need an independent contractor coder in classic asp and/or PHP language. -- The following qualities are needed for this work: The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) Have some acceptable web design skills (i am not looking for web designer, but some acceptable work is needed here). 10) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear. The coder needs to be very proficient in classic ASP and/or PHP. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POST WITH: 1) Very brief information about your classic ASP skills or PHP skills. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION (in deliverables section). ## Deliverables HERE IS WHAT I NEED TO TO: WEX TODO: MUST BE DONE IN CLASSIC ASP OR PHP + TOTALLY REDESIGNED. [[login to view URL]][1] admin wr88 1) Totally Redesign the following WEX editor (all the pages need to be redesigned)on my site at [[login to view URL]][2] and re-written from scratch to be unique) to look as google docs font and style and to include good commented code. Make sure the application is reliable and loads fast (remove java script from all the pages). 2) Remove top frame and incorporate all code into one fast loading script. (one page, no frames top or bottom frames). Remove bottom frame. No frames to be used. Make sure all editors are now occupying as much full screen as possible. 3) Allow to edit footer and headers. You need to keep all the existing functions in the new WEX editor you are creating. 4) Remove all frames. Remove bottom footer. 5) Allow to keep signing till I log off. 6) Re-write all error messages and make them to appear using : 1) the same style, font, and in a proper english. 7) Check that all the WEX editor is working fine and fix all the bugs when found. 8) Fix a specific bug: When you choose 'IDE' as your text editor and then go full screen, it doesn't do it properly. It fullscreens horizontally, but vertically, you can only see like 3 lines of the file at a time. 9) Make sure Keep me signed in until I logout. is working. 10) CSV file exporting, please test and make sure it works. 11) Check the code as above for this one. WYSIWYG editor, let me disable the browsing for the file in Hyperlink, Image, Flash, Media and Internal link, Object icons in WYSIWYG 12) All the work in CLASSIC ASP only, no asp.net. I need total re-writing of this project from scratch, with the proper design, coding. All the existing functionality and especially upload features, code to be kept, but to be re-written.
