Wordpress Expert Wanted!!(repost)

I have a fully customized Wordpress Theme and Plugin which operates a Coupon Based website and the administration panel which is run from a Plugin. I need several alterations completed to the theme and plugin. I need a Wordpress Master/Expert who fully understands all of the elements and code implemented in this unique theme and plugin so the proper changes can be made. ## Deliverables Issues requiring fixes: Coupon Newsletter not working Send us your coupons form not working contact form not working Search - If I enter a keyword like "host" sites are displayed one by one vertically. Please have it cascade down vertidcally with 4 stores per line. Alterations/Changes Required: Appearance: The width of the site is very narrow. I would like to increase the width of the website. The increased width will have to come from the right side and the top links. I can recommend a site which I would like to match for the width. Change background color to something else other than the base color blue. Possibly a dark blue wallpaper effect or a background with more texture to give a more professional look. Coupon Codes: Is it possible to have the coupon box automatically sized for the actual code length instead of the standard large sized box? Trim the coupon code box vertically so it's not so big. Change the font of the coupon code to a different format which has a strong bold appearance. Mouse over coupon code shows two boxes. Keep the blue one and remove the creme colored box. Create a 1 second delay for the blue box to pop up when mouse is hovered. Trim the popup box vertically to give it a cleaner more appealing look. Admin Panel Changes (plugin) -> Coupons "I will have to show a snapshot to the coder so you can see what i'm talking about below" I would like the ability to add coupons without expiry. An option which can be left instead of the date could be "N/A". I would like the ability to add coupons without the automated calender pop up. Just an empty box is sufficient so I can type 1/2/2010 or Jan 1 2010. I would like the admin panel to have all of the store links for coupons and I would like the coupons once created, to be stored in each online store. When I click - Manage Coupons, I would like a list of store links and once I click on the store, it shows all of the coupons I have in the database for that store. Right now, I have hundreds of coupons scattered on 30 pages...therefore I'm unable to find or edit any of them. Admin panel database search capabilities for coupons. I would like to be able to do a quick db search in the admin panel for a particular coupon (optional feature if it requires too much work) Admin -> Coupons Hot Coupons tab in admin panel - I would like to be able to view, edit or remove coupons from the Hot Coupons page. I would like a dedicated link in the admin panel in order to manage this page better. Front Page coupons tab - same concept as above. Hot Stores tab in admin - same concept as above. Homepage/Subpages Change top 12 stores to top 15 stores. Add 3 store boxes horizontally. Remove "Expiry" line on all coupons displayed on homepage only Coupon rating system for all coupons. One rating per unique ip address for all visitors. Pages - Stores Ability to add html data on store pages under the listed coupons. I would like to encorporate youtube videos for every store page and I would like to integrate it right under the coupons for the store. Every store must have a nice image based link which states "Send us your coupons". Once clicked, the form should come up, pre-populated with the category and store information. expiry date should be optional and captcha security should be enabled on this page. This link should be under the videos I would like to encorporate as stated above. Backend: e-mail notifications to site admin for any ratings submitted (one email sent daily with this data) e-mail notifications of coupons expired for that given day (one big email sent at midnight for all coupons which expired the day before) e-mail notifications of stores which have no coupons with options to verify daily or weekly.
