Visual Basic Excel Macro Wont' work with Excel 2007

I have an existing Excel File that uses a macro to pull data from a website, format the data, and output a text file in a specific format.? macro was created for excel 2003 but now with 2007? i get a Visual Basic Run Time error '1004': Application-defined or object-defined error.? when i click on debug this line is highlighted in yellow : .Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False when i try and exit, i get a message: This command will stop the debugger i need this same excel file to work with excel 2007 EXACTLY as it did with excel 2003. ? ************************************************ added for clarity i then open the excel file, alt f8, query, run and it pulls the data -- i then export the data via alt f8 export and go onto myother programs -- this macro works fine on Xp using excel 2003 -- it is hitting a snag in the query mode when i use it at home/laptop on vista/excel 2007 ****************************** ## Deliverables i need this complete ASAP -- MUST WORK EXACTLY AS IT DID WITH EXCEL 2003 thanks
