Parsing a website to receive information.

Hello Coder, I need a tool that parses one particular website to retrieve its information and puts out the information into a textfile only if certain criterias are met. That work is time sensitive. That is why the tool needs to parse the website every other minute (or shorter) to get the correct wanted data. Another issue is the time differrence. The website is located in Asia and therefor the time differrence is 7 hours in winter times and 6 hours in summer times. It is about Soccer and to retrieve data from that website.
