Blog-style website using Wordpress or Typepad

I need a Wordpress or Typepad blog-style website that will be based on user content, similar to sites like <[login to view URL]> and? <[login to view URL]>. User photo submission should go to a database that the webmaster will then use to review the submissions and easily insert? the submitted photos? into the blog. Each blog entry should have a comments section, user voting capability, and integration with social networking platforms. The blog will utilize Google Adsense and/or similar advertising networks. The site will include Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, FAQ, and About? pages. I will provide? all of that content.? I will also provide all of the text content for the landing page. I will want to know your experience developing this type of site and/or see examples of your work. I'm also interested in your opinions and experience with Wordpress vs. Typepad and your opinions/experience? regarding search engine optimization and Adsense optimization. This will initially be a no-frills site. If I like? working with you? I might hire you to? upgrade the graphics and/or create additional? websites in the same format. I might also initially need your back-end support to operate the site. ## Deliverables All references to Wordpress and Typepad are to the paid/subscription versions with my own domain name and with the site hosted by Wordpress/Typepad. In addition to the requirements specified in the summary, the site should also have a user registration feature for users who submit content.? The work product should also include some basic instructions on how to upload content to the site from the database and how to remove and edit such content. I have no experience with website development.
