Authorize.net error response handling

we are running oscommerce. we have a test environment that you can use if we proceed. We need a lot of custom coding. We need to update the existing [login to view URL] module. We also need to interpret the errors from [login to view URL], display the error, and if available, prompt the customer on how to fix the error with their billing info.... If customers billing address is wrong, we need to tell customer, your billing address is wrong, please edit it below (with the billing address page loaded upon this error. If the customers zip code is wrong, we need to tell customer, your billing zipcode in incorrect, please give us a new zipcode (with a page loaded and awaiting a new zip code). If customer is over their limit, we need to tell customer, your bank says you have no money :) , in a nice way, please give us another credit card number here... you can check out this guide: [login to view URL] , down to Section Four - Response Reason Codes and Response REason Text. Can see everything that will go wrong, The idea here, is that we need specific responses as to what is wrong with credit card transactions, and we need to help the customer fix their problem with their credit card transactions. We use [login to view URL] AIM. We have a CVV section, although I am unsure if it works. If this is active, we need to get CVV Codes as well as AVS codes. Also, we take payments through our admin, using [login to view URL] through a button in edit_orders.php. the payment module in our admin of oscommerce. We will have to update the error messages to display correctly and tell our support staff why a customers credit card charge is not authorized. Additionally, in admin, we need to be able to refund transactions with authorize.net. settled & unsettled transactions would be nice, not sure if both are possible, but [login to view URL] does has refund functions. we currently do not have any functionality for refunds. etc....
