1) File will check ftp site for file difference and automaticly download file and uncoimpress if needed. 2) Program will compare file differences between morning and evening and evening and morning or more often depending on file . 3) Will output formated file containg added,deleted,and changed entries between last file check. 4) optionally email me when everything is done 5) Prefer the ability to split the load between multiple servers. 6) I will be dealing with files as large as 2 gigs so speed/memory footprint is very important. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
