Urgent CGI work - freelancers program

Need some modifications made to an existing freelancers site. This needs to be done ASAP. This is the CGI version. 1.) Add some fields in both the enrollment forms for programmers & webmasters (6 fields each). These fields also need to be modifiable in the account management sections 2.) Modify the Create a Project form to include 2 more fields 3.) Modify the Recent Projects display to include the 2 new fileds 4.) Modify the Project Description page to include the 2 new fields 5.) Modify the Find Projects page to include the ability to search by these 2 new fields. 6.) Delete the last project listed on the "Recent Projects" page. 7.) Increase the number of items a programmer can input into one particular field from 8 to 15. Also need the "form to email" configured to work on the "contact", "report violations" & "special status page. This site was moved over from another hosting provider and now these pages do not work. Think this should be an easy fix. PLEASE only bid if you know the freelancer program inside and out and can do this right away. DO NOT bid if you can't. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
