Update CGI Tell A Friend Script

Please read this project description before bidding. We are seeking a fast and experienced programmer to update outdated PERL Code for our Tell A Friend Script. We will provide original source code, a working demo of the current version, and the new layout of the admin panel. The script is currently designed to be easily installable on a linux server. What we need is a rewrite of the current code so that it includes the following new features: - mySQL database (currently uses flat file system) - campaign manager - for easier tracking of statistics and quicker generation of html forms by using campaign manager data to prepopulate the generate html form - add a color picker to the html form, to give the user more control over the look and feel of the outputted form We will accept bids from programmers who first hit the reply button with the following information: Contact name experience (we want someone with enough experience to get this done with confidence and swiftness) time frame (our preferred turnover time for this project is within 1-1 1/2 weeks of assignment) estimated project amount (bids $500 or significantly under get first pick) examples of your past work (relevant only) More details about the project and questions answered ONLY after you have posted the above info to the message board Thanks, and we look forward to working with you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
