PHP & OsCommerceExpert - Updates/Bug Fixes!!

Hi, I'm looking for someone who is an expert with PHP & OsCommerce, and can communicate on a daily basis regarding status of project on IM. Also, someone who is experienced in building QUERIES that will increase search speed and handle "sort by" on the product listing page. I need the following updates/bug fixes to be completed as quickly as possible: 1. Update/Modify “Quick Search” and “Advanced Search” Queries to increase speed of searches. 2. When I do a “Quick Search” search, I need to make the results show all products that match the exact name first. a. Right now it’s scattering all products with exact name throughout the product listings page instead of them being listed together in order. 3. Regarding the "New Releases" sort by option is not working the way I would like it to. I want to show "New Releases" first and then show all rest of products on the rest of the pages. 4. I need the following error fixed on my "Admin Banner Control" section: a.
