Adding UPS Shipping on Oscommerce

When a customer choose the UPS - Cash on delivery. The next step should be /[login to view URL] and NOT [login to view URL] I need to add images (the shipping logoes) instead of text when the customers choose the shipping from [login to view URL] There is a little bug when u try to redirect it, and this is included in the project. This is simple project and because of that I hope the bidding is less than 30 dollars. If u dont have time today, please do not bid. Regards
