I require a Wordpress Plug-in that is a form builder with both double email optin and SMS verification working together at the same time. The process I am looking to achieve is for a client to enter their derails into a form. They will then be sent an email from an auto responder and simultaneously an SMS from an integrated provider/carrier. The client will click on the URL in the confirmation email and that URL will contain the SMS verification. ONLY after email and SMS verification can they be moved to a verified category. If they don't they are moved to an unverified category , both for marketing purposes I require the plug-in: 1. To have ALL the same features as form maker pro 2. To utilize Google maps for location and data for search purposes (future project) 3. To auto create states after country is selected 4. To be able to upload a file and retrieve it with the user's information 5. To be able to select the file extension that can be upload 6. To have double optin email facility 7. Form size needs to be adjustable. i.e width, height and mobile friendly 8. To have SMS verification and SMS verification URL is emailed in the 'double email optin' email 9. To be able to create custom fields and for these fields to be able to searched by a future project 10. All code needs to be comment for detailed explanation 11. To have Paypal feature 12. Search output to be custom selection, tick box for every table and to be outputted in both csv and pdf format. 13. Needs to be NOT resource hungry and fast to load 14. To integrate with the main autoresponders 15. An easy way to add additional SMS providers/carriers including the API 16. Must also be able to select fonts and font sizes including bold, underline and italics in form elements and custom colour selection. 17. Custom buttons and ability to upload custom images 18. Need a way to be able to group users into categories i.e business, customer, likes, dislikes, hobbies etc. from a customizable element feature. 19. A way to search submitted forms by various search criteria i.e. location, gender, age etc. from the backend. 20. A statistic feature that can be added to and be able to create a custom statistic from search data. 21. A detailed user manual including plug-in configuration setup of Aweber, MailChimp and GetResponse integration and configuration on confirmation email and URL. Also generic setup of SMS provider/carrier. TO HAVE ALL FEATURES OF FORM MAKER PRO AND LOOK AND FEEL THE SAME WITH THE SAME EASE OF USE To have a backend like 'Form maker pro' that has these additional features, configurable and the ease of use Form maker pro provides I need the plug-in to NOT BE WORDPRESS VERSION SPECIFIC. This is one critical requirement I need this to be able to be a subscription based product that requires a licence,implementation in a future project I would prefer the basis to be from an already made plug-in that works from the backend like 'Form maker pro', Form maker pro can be used if it is legal, if not another open source plug-in and can be made to have the features and 'ease of use ' backend that Form maker pro has. Must have a similar look and feel and be as easy to create forms as Form maker pro.
