Smarty framework programmer - reposting

We need a very skilled smarty framework expert to do some custom programming for our website.

Site(s) is classifieds websites based on smarty. (geo classifieds) they also got very sophisticated wiki to build add-ons, because that's a must, site is updated on a regurly base, and we not want to lose all our work because of that

Users got option to have a shop to list product on our site, either as classified ads, or as auction with bid or buy now

first task, is to import product feed as classifieds ads from their web shop (oscommerce) with help of fedfile we created for this purpose , first paid option (15 euro a month for example) which show contact details in classifieds website or second option (30 Euro a month for example) as auctions, with buy now,, where the buy now button redirects to the merchants website.

these will both be monthly subscription options, which we already can add for the shops, so we only need to add 2 more, and you add the functions in to download our feed file, which users has to put in their oscommerce webshop, and the input and select,

they can choose which categories from their shop should the products go in our site, or just use their own categories in the classifieds shop.

You can bid according to this first task, but is many more

Also need a Dutch payment Api installed so that we can have Dutch Ideal in our website , and other pay options
