Simple script for translating entries

Hi guys,
I need a very simple job.
I got 2 Excel files. File1 has about 10K names in Italian. File2 has about 20K names in English.
I need to build a script / webapp to help me mapping every name from File1 to File2. The result will be File3 with 2 columns (ITAname, ENGname).
The script will use an autocomplete feature to see if the name being typed is present on File2. Moreover it will use Google Translate API to see if the automatic translation of a name exists, so we'll use that one and operator just have to confirm it. Google Translate API key is provided.
Hosting will be on Google APP engine or your hosting / free hosting. You need to give me the code on Github.
