PHP/Database mysql webbased job

Simple PHP/Database job:

We have users with different disconts (3 types (A/B/C) and we don't want that the people need to use paperlists anymore. We need a webbased seachform to find the right price.

Import 4 excel sheets (containing all needed data) into a mysql database. You need to explain me how to do this in future.

A - discont list

B - discont list

C - discont list

D - main list

S - Special list(s)

We need a login (to protect the data and get the right discont), means the user will log in with "dealernumber" and his "status".

Like ID "123456" and PW "A"

Then we know to choose "A - discont list" and the "A" discont-matrix for main list and this user.

The matrix for mainlist will look like this (example):

Product group 1 = discont -5%

Product group 2 = discont -6%

Product group 3 = discont -7%

Product group 4 = discont -8%

Product group 5 = discont -9%

Product group 6 = discont -10%

"A - discont list" has a fixed price.

Create a webbased seach from with logo and some text, like "Product:" > seach by button. allow "*" to find word parts.

Mainly the people will seach for products "text" or "productnumbers".

List results, easy selectable by mouseclick/keyboard (if there are more than one result).

Check FIRST if the selected product is in "A - discont list", if yes get the price from "A - discont list". If not, seach in mainlist.

Show price from "A - discont list" or if its not there get it from main list (the price will be a calculated result of the conditions/price above.

Show in results:

- show product number

- show product description

- show normal list price (already saved in excel sheet)

- show offer price (already saved in excel sheet)

- show discount price

- source discont list" or "main list" of the calculated price

- button "copy" (will do strg/c of product number, product description and discount price in memory, so the users can paste them)

Dealers will be added/listes/edited/deleted by admin so we need a own login for him.

pls find attached the needed files/data to complete the job. The coding will be simple, but it will be tricky to understand to deal with all pricelists. you may be confused now. Don't worry, once you understood the project, it will be a piece of cake.

All are DEMODATA, means I will add the full data by myself later on. Thats why you need to tell me how to get the data simply into database.

PLS also add the fields EAN Code, VPE, EP Page, quantity unit - to result pages. All Data is existing. Take care, we use EUR (€).

Notice: To seach by "productname" or pices the query should go over "productname" and "product description". Unfortunally there is only in mainlist a product description". Make sure that "7.100" item number will be also found as "7100", or "07100".

There will be few dealers, who will get a own "special list" with some products by a special price, we can identify them by thier dealer ID.

For example "dealer 88888" is a special customer> "88888" check > if its "S=SPECIAL"

Check FIRST if the selected product is in "S" - special list", if yes get the price from "S" if not

seach "A - discont list" (All Special dealers have the A Status). If not, seach in mainlist.

Another part will be to add another type of user to system "salesman" they login with thier "salesman" ID and a fixed "PW" (also changeable by admin), they all have the same status and see the same data. They use all same lists and enter the same text/product numbers as dealer. But the result page will be different. It has to contain the "dealer"-data and some extra data called: bulk discount (only salesman will see them). Bulk discount is easy to calculate (fixed quanity and percentage -(ALL DATA are already existing). Salesman will be added/listes/edited/deleted by

admin.

You get a mdb Database to convert/import and a very good description how it works/looks like.

You need to start immediately (TODAY/TOMORROW).

You get paid when job is done and working 100%
