Landing Page and Custom PHP Data Module in Joomla

Goal: There are two goals for this project: 1. Model landing page that allows me to easily create individual registration pages for each sponsor. 2. Display MySQL data from a table into a custom HTML module in Joomla Model Landing Page Details Form code needs to be provided that can be added to a landing page so data is posted to the ezs_users table in MySQL. The existing fields for the Joomla registration page are satisfactory. You will also be adding one hidden field to record the sponsor's ID number as in <input type="hidden" name="sponsor" value="XXXXXXXXXX" /> where the X's reflect the ID number to be added by me as I create each landing page. You need only create the code as it pertains to the form and its processing (<form></form>) as well as anything in the HEADER that is needed. I will create the remainder of the landing page myself (I can also revise the form layout as needed so you needn't spend a lot of time on that either). I can't find where to make the changes to the registration form or I could probably figure this out myself. NOTE: If recommended I can host all of the landing pages on my server but prefer a method where they are be placed in another person's website. Display MySQL Data This desired result is to display sponsor data in a Joomla template from the ezs_sponsors table based on a foreign key found in the ezs_users table. You need only create the PHP code as it pertains to the display of such data. I will insert the code into a custom HTML module to determine its position in my Joomla template. Other Things: Ideally, to normalize my data I should create a third table ezs_companies to record data about each sponsor's employer. In this way, each user would have one sponsor and each sponsor would work for one company. While this would increase the complexity of the JOIN clause it would make it easier to update records later. For example. we could easily change the address for every sponsor working at a particular company in the esz_companies table when it moves rather than doing it one at a time in the ezs_sponsors table. If this wouldn't impact the bid greatly I did create the ezs_companies table and placed a companyid field as a foreign key in the ezs_sponsors table. You will be provided with a superuser account login for Joomla, FTP account for the website and system account with all privileges for the MySQL [login to view URL] last vendor I used wanted my cPanel login.
