Hi, I have a database file in access which I want to redesign to use on internet php + mysql. Also I need some modifications to lookup email addresses (currently we cannot look this up)
What we want is the whole database system to run online.
All form / tables / queries / reports.
We want to convert the access database to an online Application.
We need a login system password protection.
We need an admin section to administer the database. (add/delete or modify records)
1) We want the ability to request the whole database in a tabel form. (like excel)and modify records this way.
If possible we want the ability to change all the records in 1 time like say. add "B-" to all postalcodes
Or add a value to all records.
Like 1300 users are listed as slowmail receivers we want to add a new code EM to all so we know they need to receive e-mail listing as well.
2) We want a supersearch function. The ability to search on everyposible code or field/record
3) We want to add or change the name of some fields like
"tel.2" needs to be changed in "Mobile"
We want to add a field "VAT number" and "field Website"
4 )The ability everything we have searched to export to a label form and print this needs to be unchangeds like we used to do. this is already in the current database
