Magento Expert Only: Fix a few bugs ( Custom Options and Order Status)

We need a Magneto expert to fix these bugs below within 3 days. This is a live website that accepting orders daily, and you must be a Magento expert that is able to fix these bugs without affecting our live sales. You must have a live message such as Skype to chat with me to quickly explain to you the issues. You must do a complete back up of our store before doing any changes to it. We are currently using Magento ver. 1.6.2.0 Here are the bugs: 1. Custom Option Template issue: It's not working properly when we try to mass apply the custom options to over 100 products at a time. It works sometimes, and most time it does not work. 2. We need to add an option that we can manually select a "custom option template" in Admin- Manage Products - Custom Option. 3. We have a "Order Status" function where customer is able to enter "order #" and "email address" to check status of the order. This function is not currently working. 4. when we login to Magento admin, and there is always a message on the top: "One or more of the Cache Types are invalidated: Blocks HTML output. Click here to go to Cache Management and refresh cache types." We have reset the cache, and it disappeared, but this message appears again after reloading the admin page. thanks
