Site-wide Exit Pop-up in PHP Site WITHOUT Using Frames

I am looking for a creative way to trigger a pop-up whenever someone exists the domain they are surfing on -- surfing to another site, closing browser, hitting back button, etc. However, I want make this as easily manageable as possible, with the following constraints: 1) must not require us to tag every link on the site with anything like on exit=false. 2) must not use any frames that do not allow the URL in the address bar of the browser to change. 3) can leverage php and any server-side techniques that you want. The current solutions on the market either require the use of frames or require that every link be tagged with that javascript. From what I understand, without the use of frames, it is not possible to use javascript to achieve this. If you know of a way to do this, please describe it in your bid generally so that we can be assured that your solution will work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux, apache, php
