prospecting solution

I need a solution to help refine my prospecting. I don't know if it's still possible now that Overture has secured parts of there data but I'd like to be able to enter some keyword phrases, have the program search overture for websites bidding on those keyword phrases and related phrases, search those websites for metatags, then crawl the web for sites with those keywords in their title, meta desctiptions etc... The program would then build a database of those URLs and contact email addresses so that I can distribute our brochure. I need to build this database from the keywords paid for in a pay-per-click engine rather than keywords searched for by consumers in an engine like google. This way my prospects can truly qualify themselves by the keywords they're willing to pay for. This cannot be built from overture's "search term suggestion tool". It has to be built from the actual key-phrases advertisers are bidding for. This is a nutshell. I hashed it out a little more in the attached file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Web based app. MySQL DB Linux
