News/blog manager

Im looking for a clone of [login to view URL] with all feature available as they also have. There are proberbly many coders who allready have some kind of news manager system finished which would be maybe just as good or maybe even better, please let me know if you think that would match our needs. This news manager which uses simple tags, includes and a nice admin system where i would need extra features like: - Option to add an image to a news article (a fixed image size, specified in the config, so users can upload an image thats a little bit bigger and it will get resized.) with the use of a image manager/library. - Option to decide how the layout will be (text left, right, centered, around the image etc.) - option to select if headlines should contain xx amount of characters of the text OR the option to show the summary of the article under the subject/titel. - a 'read more' (editable) text will appear after a summary to read the whole story. - and most important, i need to have the option to easily select trough the Code generator, to show title,date,summary somewhere on a website (for example on the left side) and when clicking an subject/ read more text, the full story will open at the right side (body table) of the website. - Everything should include 1 (or maybe 2, for the admin part) language files or another option to translate the whole system into another language. It should be easy to show a news item, headline, or any other news item anywhere on a (php) website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
