The following modifications to the Drupal CMS will reflect the functionality of [url removed, login to view], including the requisite modules and CSS layout. The final product should resemble [url removed, login to view], but not be restricted to Podcast content.
The requirements of the project are as follows:
1. Titlebar that includes the website logo on the left, along with Login / Logout information on the right.
2. Large button navigation at the top of the page which leads to separate categories of "front page" content, complete with mouseOver, selected, and small button states. (See [url removed, login to view] for further examples.)
3. "Front page" content which is unique to each category, layed out as per [url removed, login to view], including:
a. Featured Channels (Nodes) selected by the Administrator.
b. Top 10 Channels (Nodes) according to the most viewed.
c. New Channels (Nodes) according to date.
d. Site Zeitgeist according to nodes most recently viewed.
e. Site News
4. Search function in sidebar.
5. Browse sidebar which reflects the "front page" functionality from item #3.
6. "Folksonomy" tagging capabilities as per [url removed, login to view] (pre-existing module availble from [url removed, login to view] Modules).
7. Add a Node.
8. Big Questions sidebar containing articles to help users better understand the function of the website.
** NOTE: The final website will focus on a single subject (as with Odeo focusing on Podcasts), but should be able to accept a variety of subjects (ex. Authors, Religions, etc.), categorized according to the Folksonomy module mentioned earlier.
** NOTE: Adding new nodes (per requirement #7), and displaying existing nodes should function exactly like Odeo.com. Accepted bid will be offered additional bid to format the node for each subject (ex. Authors, Religions, etc.)
## Deliverables
1) Complete fully-functional working modification(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
