Virtuemart Shipping creation/configuration

We are looking for an experienced Joomla/Virtuemart developer to create/configure the shipping section of our e-commerce.
We need to provide our customers with the following shipping methods and pricing:
a) Regular mail: price based on delivery country and total weight of consignment in kilos (for example: 0.4, 1.3, 10...)
b) Registered mail: price based on delivery country and total weight of consignment in kilos (for example: 0.4, 1.3, 10...)
c) Parcel service: price based on delivery country and total weight of consignment in kilos (for example: 0.4, 1.3, 10...)
d) Parcel service express: price based on delivery country and total weight of consignment in kilos (for example: 0.4, 1.3, 10...)
Other additional options may follow (as a side project).
Previous experience in Virtuemart is required. We will very much appreciate to see some of your previous work.
