290904 Joomla- PHP eMail Form Fix

I am currently getting 30-100 emails a day. I think someone is exploiting the php form mail script on a Joomla site I manage. I need someone to have a look at it and stop the form from sending out emails. I think this could be solved with a quick captcha page or some other solution you may know of.
