WordPress Website Upgradation

About: We want to build a WordPress website which enables people to read, write, share and comment on the articles in Indian vernacular language. For this we need WP expert coder who can help us with rework (in some areas) and build (some new functionality) Required Changes in Present Scenario Proposed website project is a clone of [login to view URL] along with some additional unique features mentioned in the document. It is a WordPress format website. We would like to address following functionality at large in our current website- 1. Speedup the site a. The website has thousands of articles and images. For this, we need page refresh and page loading to be at least as fast as [login to view URL] . b. Presently there are more than 1000 users daily and in next few months our traffic is expected to be three times the current traffic. We want to build it in a way so as it takes care of future traffic for years along with more articles. 2. Better Design for - a. Registered users email/details management. (Current is: mailchimp plug in) b. Article of the day/week/month c. Changing the cover photo/banner using admin login in the form of image uploading. Additional features we want to have 1. Integration with Facebook a. User should be able to access all the articles only after using his facebook account. Till that point, we need to show him a page which tempts him to enter the website. Homepage design & personalization options will be discussed in detail with successful bidder. b. Manage (Collect/store/maintain) the received facebook account information (like first name, last name, city, state, country, email id, age, education, workplace, relationship status) after seeking permission. Create an admin panel for the database access of this information. c. Recommend, like, comment & share article along with the count. d. Invite friends. e. Likes/Comments made on website should be published on visitor¡¦s facebook profile as well f. A facility to send a personal email to registered user on his/her birthday along with wishes in "Today's birthdays¨ section on site. 2. Personalized Content a. Identify the geographical location of the user using IP address + FB profile. b. Show him relevant content for that gender, city & age from the available pool of advertisement & deals in designated place holders. (More information will be discussed with successful bidder) 3. Develop a content management page inside the website containing information about all the deals regardless of users geo location. (Design will be discussed with successful bidder) 4. Once a person avails the deal, the user should be given an option of recommend/share on social networks. 5. Article specific requirements: a. Ability to rate the articles (Thumbs up-down model same as you tube) b. Ability to sort articles i. Based on votes received on categories & tags, ii. Most read article per today/week/month/all time, iii. Most shared article per today/week/month/all time, iv. Most liked article per today/week/month/all time, v. Most commented article per today/week/month/all time 6. An additional facebook tab in our fb page where people can see cartoon strip hosted on our website. 7. Ability to upload videos on our servers. 8. Ability for the readers to submit and upload articles directly from a submission page on the site for web admin approval. After approval, those articles should be visible in the posts section. Suggest innovative ideas to bring in more articles from readers. 9. Ability to "click to call" functionality - (More information will be discussed with successful bidder) 10. Functionality on website to organize poll, survey & feedback by admin. 11. Ability to host online 2 way webinar.
