Update a PHP calculator based on an Excel spreadsheet

*We would like a simple PHP/MySQL calculation script and database developed from an existing web application and the existing web application enhanced with a MySQL backend.*
There is an existing PHP and JavaScript "SAP" calculator on our website which is based on an Excel spreadsheet. In fact we have two versions of this which can be seen at <[url removed, login to view]>
We have created a new Excel spreadsheet which creates another version of the calculator for a slightly different use. **We would like this new version put online.**
We can provide the original PHP code and the new Excel document to use for development. The previous version can be used as a template on the HTML/Javascript side. The design side will be tweaked at a latter date, this project is for the development work.
As a second step **we would like both the existing tool and the new tool store the requests put through the calculator in MySQL**. Plus we would like a monthly script which we could run through cron which will summarise the data entered and email it to us. An existing / open stats module could probably be used for this. Please include example output in your quote. If you can provide an online interface for the stats then the email would not be required. Please state if this is included in your spec.
On delivery we would like a zip of the php code for both applications, an SQL script to create the databases with a separate script to populate it and the full command line for the cron job/s as necessary. If SQL and any cron scripts can be run regularly via a web based installer this would be desirable. If a web-installer is on offer please mention in quote.
On the quote please identify the cost for the main work and the second step separately. There will be another project for a warrenty of this code.
The existing and new code created along with the Excel documents are copyrighted to The Solar Design Company and therefore may not be used in other projects. The code will be checked by another developer prior to being put on our website.
