Hello Coders, We need a professionally designed website. This is not for e-commerce. Briefly the requirements are:- 1. Total Website design and layout. 2. PHP code programming. 3. Logo and images NOT required except the header maybe. 4. The Home page will have the following features with links to inside pages:- (a) Text articles with image, (b) Latest Products review with image, (c) Latest News with image, (d) Sponser's text, (e) Advertisement banners, (f) Some other small features. 5. The home page also needs to be linked to our existing CLASSIFIED ADS website. This website will now be integrated into the new website and become a sub feature. 6. Professional banner management and rotation feature. Must allow for banner or any advertisement posting in specific group of pages through admin panel. 7. Professional admin panel to manage posting of advertisement banners and all articles in the whole site. 8. Individual Management panel access for advertisers. 9. Auto email feature. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
