40056 PHP + MySQL + Smarty Project

I need someone to assist me in writing code for a large project. Since you will be working with an english speaking programmer and manager, you must have excellent English communication skills. You'll need to know the following extensively: PHP 4+ MySQL 4+ Smarty PHP OOP Writing Complex MySQL Queries MySQL Indexing, Database normalization, etc. Regular Expressions XML You should know how Load Balancing and Database Replication affects your code, if you dont, please don't apply. Some portions of the website you will be working on will have nudity/adult content, please don't apply if this bothers you. I need an individual who will be able to work on this for 3+ months, please don't apply unless the SAME person can work on this project from start to finish. Working requirements: Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: $250-$325 USD per week DOE & English communication ability Term: 2-3 months, future opportunities available if we like your work.
