FLV downloader using PHP, [login to view URL] clone

I'm looking for someone who has experience with downloading FLV's from Tube sites using PHP. Ideally it will be a [url removed, login to view] clone. The site needs to support YouTube mainly , but ideally more Tube sites if possible.
