39948 Display Images from DB

Basically, I have database entries, that call "images". I want to be able to display these images as a table - 4 columns and 4 rows. At the bottom of the page, I want a "next page" button that automatically gets the next set of 16 images. Also, database have table "categories", it use for menu now also. Each image is in some category and should be shown on needed page.
