Custom iPhone wallpaper maker

Hello, I am looking for a great programmer to create me a web/online based (NOT an app) "custom iPhone wallpaper maker" Basically, the theme of the "custom iPhone wallpaper maker" will be the "I Love" image: ex: [login to view URL] On this wallpaper maker, the user must be able to customize the "I Love" image with the following: - Choose the wallpaper dimension (there will be three fixed dimension they can choose from) - Choose different background colors - Choose different font colors - Choose different "heart" colors - Add their own text/message on the image I believe a combination of PHP/Javascript/AJAX/HTML5 programming can achieve this. Here's some example of "custom" wallpaper/image make to give you an idea. This MUST be developed/implemented on my existing website. You will be given access to everything you need.
