Need help fixing some bugs on my Wordpress site

I have a Wordpress website running the "Love Story" theme. I am having a few issues I need help with. 1) When loggin in, everything works fine, unless you use the wrong password. Instead of displaying a simple error, it breaks the whole page. 2) Some clients were reporting they weren't receiving the activation email after registering. 3) The Facebook like box is cutting off part of the posts on the right, this needs to be widened. 4) I need the admin bar removal plugin deactivated. Please find one that will still display the admin bar but ONLY for admins. It's displaying the bar for subscribers as well. 5) When signing up, the text "Last Name" should be changed to "Last Initial". 6) If the user selects United States as their home country, they should be able to select one of the 50 states from a drop down list of states. 7) Since we are adding states, the profiles should show City, State Country Currently it shows city, Country and can be confusing if their is no state. 8) Any other enhancements you think we can make for this site. I am open to suggestions.
