Modify Existing RSVP Google Docs Wordpress Plugin (Existing Code Mod)

Hello, I am looking for someone to assist me with the modification of the Wordpress Plugin below. hxxp:// [login to view URL] Basically what I need is the following - Removal of Hotel Options Removal of Banquet Options Removal of Ceremony Options Dynamic addition of new Google Docs Columns Dual language (all user prompts need to be dual language), en-gb (default / no URL variable), pt-br (set via URL variable), en-gb (set via URL variable) - Im using WPML with a default value of en-gb. I dont mind if the user prompts are set via php variables or are put into the WP Plugin Admin page (which ever is easier/faster). Based on the following Google Spreadsheet columns - Code,Title,First Name,Surname,Address1,Address2,Address3,City,County,Postcode,Country,Email,Telephone 1,Telephone 2,Language,Invited BR,Attending BR,Invited UK,Attending UK,Message for Guest,Message From Guest,Dietary Requirements,Kids Meal Once a code is entered the user will be forwarded onto the Attendance Screen. The guest with the sames codes will show up with a radio button beside their name for "Attending / Not Attending" if the "InvitedBR" or "InvitedUK" is TRUE or FALSE eg If Joe Blogs has the following - 1,Mr,Joe,Blogs,124 Street Road,Address2,Address3,City 1234,County,Postcode,Country,,Telephone 1,Telephone 2,en-gb,TRUE,Attending BR,FALSE,Attending UK,Message for Guest,Message From Guest,Dietary Requirements,Kids Meal He would only get the option to attend BR, if both Invited values where True he would have 2 radio buttons for "Attending/Not Attending". The Dietary Requirements and Kids Meal can be checkboxes to set TRUE/FALSE The email functionality of the original script I would like to be extended to include the new fields. If the Attending/Not Attending has been set it will not allow the guest to re-RSVP (as per the original plugin). I'm sure there is a lot more information required but please ask if you need more.
