Fix Joomla Site Speed Problem/ Improve Joomla Site Domain connect to server speed

My joomla site has following problem: The time taken for domain to connect to server is very long. Means first loading of the site take very long time to connect and start loading the site. The speed only ok for second time of loading. This problem repeats, most probably take long time to load the site for FIRST loading. This problem even worse if I clear cache in joomla admin panel. Please fix this and make the site start loading within 3-4 seconds. Please bid only if you know how to solve this problem. Note: My joomla site is using K2 extension. Thank You.
