embead an image in an email that will triger a counter

no I am not looking to go spamming millions pf people I have a business with just over 5500 clients whom I often send emails I want to put a sig image in the footer of my emails and have it auto trigger a counter on my website that tracks how many people have read my email I don't want to have to remake the tracker every time if posible I would like it to generate a report listing a new line for every email I send (using the email subjects) then I just use the same sig code and it auto dose all this for me also I use WHMCS to send emails to clients on serton servers some times just to 10-15 people at a time so it needs to work within that email sending system
