General information for the website: We are a startup company and we want to have a store which sell House plans (digital products) in AutoCAD and PDF like ( [login to view URL] ) and also a platform connect the real-estate agents with their customers like this WordPress theme ( [login to view URL] ) The target market will be anyone looking to sell, rent or buy an estate and anyone looking for to sell or buy an architectural plans. Kind of development: 1 - We want to do a modifications and add more filters on this WordPress theme ( [login to view URL] ) to be useful also for anyone looking for to sell or buy an architectural plans. 2- There will be two versions to this site - one targeting the Arab market therefore copy must be in Arabic and another targeting the international market therefore copy must be in American English. 3 - We want a website built, needs to be mobile friendly, fast well put together and very SEO friendly (ie proper names for pages and sub pages). 4 - We want to use an ecommerce plugin and have a shopping cart that's secure and linked to paypal and/or a banking provider.( visa , MasterCard …etc. ) 5 - The site will needs to be easily updated by us and buy users 6- We need you to install the site on a hosting like godady hosting or amazon hosting and we will pay for the hosting and then you can do the site installation. finally we will have a site with store online . Designer and developer: You must have strong experience in web design and development, WordPress, PHP and HTML5 with a focus on SEO, and conversions. You must effectiveness convey the company brand in all aspects of the site. You may also need to edit photos to be able to use theme within the brand, so strong css skills are required. I will be available on Skype to explain the work details after the agreement We are looking for a skilled web developer to design and build us a new Wordpress e-commerce site to sell our personalised chocolate bars. The new site will be an 'off-shoot' of our main site ([login to view URL]) dedicated to selling personalised chocolate bars to corporate clients for marketing, promotional and client gifts. If you take a look at the current site you will get a feel for the sort of functionality we require. We are looking for a fully designed site that will be set up and have the following functionality as a minimum... A strong CMS back end management system to manage the site Ability to upload products including product photos and ability to manage product descriptions, pricing, personalisation options Site must have a fully integrated shopping cart system that links to Paypal (with other payment options too - Worldpay, Sagepay etc) Ability to receive, track and manage orders from receipt through to delivery Ability to set and manage shipping and postal rates Ability to set up discount codes and vouchers, Ability to run sales and financial reports Site must have a strong corporate design Site must be fully responsive for tablet and mobiles Site must have options for people to add personalisation to their orders At this stage we would be keen to hear from experienced designers who have built and set up successful e-commerce sites for clients.
