HTML to PHP And Wordpress Website

Hi Thanks for reviewing my project. This should be a simple project for a designer skilled in Wordpress and converting HTML to PHP. Background to project: To develop WP web site, using most of the elements (sliders and product impages) on Themeforest WP template already uploaded to web server. To convert HTML pages (two pages) that includes various elements (Two main Html pages with css file. The main html pages have images representing mobile web sites (nine in total). Each mobile website is it's own folder that has simple pages (J Script file and html linked pages)). Integrate this into the WP template so the conversion is completely functional. To develop the website (mainly adding pages, text, videos paypal payment links based on sketch to be provided). The project specification is as follows: 1. convert HTML pages (2 pages) to PHP and integrate them into WP template so the pages are completely functional 2. Add background images and edit text to slider functions 3. Add main and legal pages to the website (less than ten pages). Content (text, videos and images) for the pages will be provided. 4. Add Paypal payment buttoms to pages (approx six buttons). 5. Upload and configure support/help desk script (this will be provided). 6. Edit the WP template (permalinks, description tags, etc) so it is Optimized for the search engines. 7. Upload and configure WP secutity plugin to protect the website from hackers (plugin is provided). Full instructions are provided. Ensure the website is completely functional, the images are optimized for the web and that the website is fast loading. My budget for this project is $175. Most of the work will be on converting the main HTML pages. The rest of the project is simply adding pages and content via the admin area of Wordpress, instally help desk software and securing the website via WP Security plugin.
