UK Company requires full time Web Developer/Webmaster/Web Designer for long term regular work. Pay will be based on $320 to $500 per month. Monthly earnings will be based on experience, level of skills, how well you communicate, the amount of positive feedback you have, how reliable you are and how successfully you complete a couple of test tasks.
We will most probably start the successful applicant off on the lower monthly pay and increase each month up to the maximum of $500 per month i.e. $125 per week.
We currently pay $300 per month and get all our full time web design & development staff from [url removed, login to view] in the Philippines. However this company does not have any full time staff available at the moment so we have decided to post this job vacancy on scriptlance.
This position is best suited to a freelancer that does not want to be bidding on projects every day but wants regular work, for a regular weekly pay. Pay will be based on a salary of $320 - $500 per month paid weekly i.e. $80 - $125 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTE No1 - You must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 9am – 5pm UK time.
IMPORTANT NOTE No2 - When there is no web design or development work you will be required to do SEO or Social Media work. Instructional Videos will be provided to show you exactly what to do.
IMPORTANT NOTE No3 - You will be required to email us when you sign on. You will be required to email us 4 hours into your work day with work progress. You will be required to email us with tasks completed at the end of the work day.
If we do not have any work to do on particular day (Or days) you will still be paid as long as you were available for work
IMPORTANT NOTE No4 - You will be paid via escrow weekly every Friday $80 - $125 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTE No5 - You will be required to do a couple of small test tasks. We will pay you $10 for test tasks to cover a couple hours of your time as long as you complete the tasks successfully. If you are not prepared to do a couple of test tasks then please DO NOT bid on this project!
If you are a company with a team of talented workers then we may take 2 or 3 workers from you you after 3 or 4 months depending on how pleased and satisfied we are with the first person. Once again; this position is best suited to a freelancer that does not want to be bidding on projects every day but wants regular work, for a regular weekly pay.
