Flash Southpark Character Generator

We want to create a site similar to [login to view URL] - please run through that to get an idea of the features needed. Basically a site where users can create their own southpark characters and then save them to put on blogs, websites, etc. At this point just a complete proof of concept would be acceptable - something that additional graphics could be easily added into through flash by our designers. No need to develop hundreds of pieces of artwork just yet. However we'd be happy to receive quotes for the additional work and a good provider would end up with lots of future work.
