Actionscript Flash Test Engine

Randomize Questions/Randomize Answers Similar to the Windows test engine at [login to view URL] Looking to get this done for less than $1,000 We currently have a functioning VBScript/ASP test engine as well as a Windows Test Engine. We really want a Flash Test engine. The Flash application can be a standalone and read the ASP pages directly (we will format the data however you like). We have over 100,000 questions in our databases. So these can NOT be static. The Flash program must read the ASP page or take PARAM properties and display the question appropriately. Must be able to handle 6 multiple choice answers.
