Web Site Redesign

I have a web site (<[login to view URL]>) that was designed in PHP and developed so I had a lot of options in setting up the design. This means there are a ton of templates for different aspects of the pages ??" main design, e-cards, emails, etc. ??" that are there, but need some serious redesign to make it look better (the programmer was not a designer). The initial site is at <[login to view URL]>, and I will be rolling out additional sites with that same type of functionality. Basically, these sites allow registered users to post tips so that they may be rated. In addition to text tips like this site, there is the ability to post and rate images or multimedia files. I need someone to do the following: [login to view URL] the entire solution and give me 1 to 3 solid designs that I can use and roll out to additional sites 2. Provide templates for e-cards, emails, all of the pages (comments, tips, etc.) so it looks like a complete site. [login to view URL] a look at the code and make it easy for me to implement a new logo and some other small design changes, and give me a color palette to use when I create new sites. I need someone to take the existing PHP site and templates and bring them into a cohesive look and feel. I would love to have 3 different templates, with some ideas for how to change some of the colors (can be done in the admin interface) to make it look different from site to site. If you’re interested in providing some logo templates for use, please let me know. The current [login to view URL] logo is pretty weak, and I’d like something cooler that I could roll out across different tips sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The web site software is PHP, and I'm just looking to make the site a lot better looking.
